Rarely does the location of your employer matter more than what
you accomplished while there.

employers, it's best to bring this information out quickly and
effectively.
One way to do that is to mention it in the Qualifications

For example, a business developer in retail fashion with international
experience might type an opening Qualifications Summary like
this:

fashion experience for leading retailers in London, Paris
and Milan. Recent successes include enhancing profits at Tres
